You will receive both a confirmation email and invoice within 48hrs of making your down payment! The email will come from themedicineconnective@gmail.com, and the invoice from Paypal.
We will send reminders ahead of the 50% and 100% due dates
We will send an email with all of your flight info about 3 months prior to your trip
We will send a packing list about one month ahead of your trip
We will add you to a group chat about a month before your trip (if not before)!
We will send the final full itinerary two weeks before your trip
We will have a pre-trip connection call 1-2 weeks before your trip. These details will be included in the packing list email! For trips with local yoga studios, your instructor may organize an in person meetup as well.
