Many people prefer to come early and/or extend their trips, so we like to give you the flexibility to book your own flights! To take advantage of the transportation to and from the airport included in your trip, please plan your arrivals and departures accordingly:

-Please arrive at Aurora airport in Guatemala City (GUA) before 1pm on day 1

-Please plan your departing flight to leave GUA after 2pm on day 8

Our story:

Our teaching journey began in the lush jungles of Costa Rica, where we, Melanie and Margherita, each attended the same yoga teacher training at different times. That life-changing experience planted the seed of a shared vision that would one day grow into kOMpose: a studio rooted in community, healing, and authentic connection.

We’re both passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. Our offerings blend soulful movement, mindful breath, and deep inner work.
