Many people prefer to come early and/or extend their trips, so we like to give you the flexibility to book your own flights! To take advantage of the transportation to and from the airport included in your trip, please plan your arrivals and departures accordingly:
-Please plan to fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) before 3pm on day 1 and Uber or carpool to our venue in Carefree, AZ by 5pm
-Please plan your departing flight to leave PHX after 12pm on day 4
