I am a yoga, breathwork, heart-work and meditation instructor. My passion for yoga stems from a deep relationship with human connection. Having a kinesiology as well as a nursing degree, my study has turned into a dedication to helping people increase awareness in their bodies.

Fairly new to teaching, I started my dedicated yoga teacher journey three years ago while falling in love with the lifestyle. Diving deep into meditation and yoga to heal old patterns and past shame around addiction.

So far, I have completed my 300hr YTT, two meditation teacher trainings, as well as my Reiki master teacher certification and will forever continue exploring spiritual, physical and emotional leadership.

I am also the official Medicine Connective photographer, so you will often catch me sneaking around in the background snapping epic moments when I'm not facilitating!
